Ambulance Training Officer
This role would suit a keen paramedic with a passion for training and education. In close partnership with the local ambulance training manager, you’ll be helping to ensure quality training programs are available for St John’s ambulance workforce. St John’s workforce includes certificate II, III and IV qualified ambulance officers, degree qualified health professionals – nurses and physician assistants as well as international paramedic volunteers. You will also be responsible for assisting to implement a high-quality ambulance annual recertification program. Ideally this candidate will have a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
Media Relations Mentor
This role is suitable for paramedics with experience working in media, business, or marketing experience. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to help us deliver our media engagement strategy. You’ll help our existing public relations officer to develop and refine their understanding of ambulance-related media and public relations. You’ll also help them gain a thorough understanding of the importance of bystander first aid, and the kits and equipment used by first aiders and ambulance services.
