Restart a Heart Day raises awareness about the importance of knowing CPR and having AEDs handy when somebody suffers a cardiac arrest. Seconds matter in a cardiac arrest and the more our friends, family and the public know about what to do, the better chance we have for improving cardiac arrest outcomes.
